An enduring power of attorney (EPA) lets you choose who can make important decisions for you if you’re unable to make them yourself.

There are two types of EPAs:
Personal care and welfare – covers decisions about your health, care and living arrangements.
Property and financial – covers decisions about your money, assets and property.
