First awarded in 1958, the William Lomis Cox Scholarship was established by Norman Cox in the name of his late father. Mr Cox wanted to support Whakatane area students training to be teachers. He hoped they would return to Whakatane to share their knowledge and skills with the new generation of school students.
Applications are accepted via Smartygrants during open periods. The link will be available at the top of this page.
