This grant round will open annually beginning March, closing 15 May 2020.. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by end of June 2020.
Maximum grant amounts up to $10,000.
The Trustee will advertise in appropriate media inviting organisations to make applications for a grant. Applications are to be completed online via ‘Smarty Grants’. The online application allows applicants to in-put information/answer questions and supporting documentation can be uploaded to support the applications. Late applications will not be accepted. The Boards primary focus for funding is in the Christchurch / Canterbury region.
For accountability the following is required;
The name of the Trust and the grant amount is acknowledged in annual accounts and/or as a note to the accounts.
The name of the Trust and grant amount is acknowledged in the annual report.
An official receipt to be uploaded to Smarty Grants when the grant funds are received.
An accountability report on the completed project or progress on the project within 12 months of receipt of the grant to be uploaded to Smarty Grants. The accountability report to cover; project budget; project actual costs; and one to two pages on the project (may include, numbers attending/supported, benefit to your clients, success of the project, continuance, what worked and what did not work)
