Your Will appointment

To get the most from your appointment, fill in our online form first...

Supplying us with more information before your appointment allows us to prepare and understand what you want so that we can tailor your Will to your specific requirements.

We recommend filling in the form at least 2 days before your appointment.

Before filling in the form...

The form can not be saved as you progress through the questions, so we recommend setting aside about 20 minutes to fill out the form in one sitting.

If at any stage you don't know the answer, that's ok, move on to the next question. Your adviser will talk you through this information at your appointment.

Below are a couple of things you may want to think about before starting the form...

  • who do you need to provide for?
  • if you have children, who do you want as the guardian?
  • what possessions do you have?
  • do you owe money to anyone?

So are you ready to tell us a bit about yourself?

Filling in the form is optional and certainly helpful - however if you'd rather provide this information directly to your adviser, please first read what you need to bring to your appointment.
