Your trust appointment

What to think about

The main reason for setting up a trust is to look after assets for the future, or for a particular purpose.

The kind of trust you set up depends on your needs.

At your appointment, we can help you decide what kind of trust is best for you...

What to bring

You’ll need to bring one or more of the forms of identification listed below. In addition to identification, you’ll need to bring along proof of address (e.g. a recent bank statement, utility bill, or rates notice). During the application process we’ll also need to collect identification and proof of address from anyone who will have control over the product or who can act on your behalf (e.g. a signatory, co-trustee, partner, or company director).
