Karen started her role at Public Trust in July 2015. She has extensive experience in both operational and strategic HR management particularly in multifaceted transformation programs of scale.
Her career highlights include several years reporting directly to the CEO of a global insurer, navigating complex global organisational operating models and cultures, and successfully delivering transformation programs of unprecedented scale and complexity.
British-born Karen has a Master of Arts from the University of Westminster, London, Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and is an alumni of the highly esteemed ‘Global Women’ intensive leadership programme.
She is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
