We’re still open for business, with Auckland working remotely

Following the Government’s announcement that Auckland is to return to alert level 3 with the rest of New Zealand to move to alert level 2, Public Trust will be following protocols to help keep our teams, customers and the wider community safe.


From Wednesday 12 August to Sunday 30 August, Public Trust staff in our Auckland customer centres will be working from remote locations.

We are still open for business, and are available to take phone and video-call appointments. Please call us on 0800 371 471 to discuss your appointment, or to book one in.

The following Auckland customer centres will be working remotely from Wednesday 12 – Sunday 30 August:

  • Auckland CBD
  • Greenlane
  • Takapuna
  • Henderson
  • Highbrook
  • Orewa

Outside of Auckland

Customer centres outside of Auckland are currently open for both face-to-face and virtual appointments, and will be following alert level 2 safety guidelines.

Please follow the team’s instructions during visits, which will include:

  • Maintaining a 2m distance from others
  • Contactless greetings
  • Using hand sanitiser, gloves and masks, which will be available
  • Leaving your details in case we need to do contact tracing

We are able to take phone or video-call appointments, so please give us a call on 0800 371 471 if you’d like to change your face-to- face appointment to a virtual one.

Please reschedule or change your appointment if you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell, in self isolation or are awaiting test results.

Public Trust will continue to provide services to all New Zealanders over this time.
