Public Trust is proud of how our teams and customers have adapted to the safety measures for visits during Level 2 that helped protect our communities. At alert level 1, we will continue to record visits for contact tracing purpose and maintain high levels of cleanliness in our customer centres.
The comfort of our customers and teams are our first priority, and we will ask for your personal preference around handshakes. Our team will also make it known if they prefer a contactless greeting.
