Public Trust is pleased to announce two new appointments to its Board.
Kirsty Campbell is a commercial adviser and professional director with more than two decades of experience in finance.
She has held a range of senior roles in corporate finance, banking, law and regulation, including Head of Supervision at the Financial Markets Authority and independent director with Simplicity NZ Ltd.
Her governance roles include independent director positions with Salt Funds Management Ltd, Enviro-Mark Solutions Ltd and New Plymouth PIF Guardians Ltd.
She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.
Vicki Sykes has extensive experience as a CEO and in governance across a range of human services and community organisations, more recently within the retirement and financial services sectors.
She has held governance roles with The Selwyn Foundation, New Zealand Anglican Church Pension Board, Christian KiwiSaver Scheme, Haumaru Housing and The Butterfly Trust. She also works as a management coach and consultant and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Both appointments will serve to strengthen and shape the future of Public Trust’s commercial operations and its commitment to quality customer service.
