We know first impressions count, and our induction process is designed to make you feel welcome, introduce you to Public Trust, and assist you in performing your role as well as possible.

In addition to job specific training, all new employees attend an orientation day at our Wellington corporate office. The orientation is designed to give an understanding of our culture, values, history and business groups, and it gives an opportunity to meet our Chief Executive, Bob Smith, and other members of the executive team.
