Thomas Richard Moore Trust
The Thomas Richard Moore Trust gives grants to charitable or educational organisations operating in Palmerston North or Napier cities.
Grants are given out every three years.
Note that...
- All Napier city registered kindergartens, play centres, kohanga reo, Plunket organisations, and Pacific Island language groups do not need to submit application forms.
- Individuals, sports organisations and service clubs are not eligible to apply.
- Organisations operating in Palmerston North who are eligible for both the Thomas George Macarthy Trust and the Thomas Richard Moore Trust must elect to apply for assistance from only one trust.

History
Thomas Richard Moore, a sheep farmer who died in Palmerston North in 1935, left the income from the residue of his estate to the Thomas George Macarthy Trust Board of Governors for distribution amongst charitable and educational organisations in Palmerston North and Napier cities.
