AJ Scott Fund
The AJ Scott Fund gives grants to charitable organisations that provide assistance to aged and infirm people who live in the North Shore City area of Auckland.
How to apply
Applications are called for in September of each year and must be lodged at Public Trust by 31 October. Grants are announced early the following year.
History
North Shore Farmer Arthur James Scott bequeathed the residue of his estate to the Government of New Zealand in 1977.
In 1992 the Attorney-General established the AJ Scott Fund for the relief, assistance and benefit of aged and infirm people who live in North Shore City.
The fund is managed and administered by Public Trust.
