Public Trust is supporting the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal. This is a global fundraiser for the recovery effort in the city and the Canterbury region which has been established by the New Zealand Government and was launched by Prime Minister John Key.

Information for insurance customers
General insurance
Any Christchurch customers who have AON Stylecover insurance through Public Trust should first contact the Earthquake Commission on 0800 326 243. Alternatively, you can contact AON Stylecover on their emergency assist number 0800 808 121.
Life and trauma insurance
If you are a Public Trust customer who has life and trauma insurance through OnePath and need to talk to someone please call the dedicated team on 0508 464 888.
Information for home loan customers
If you are a mortgage customer affected by the earthquake please contact us on 0800 345 012 to discuss your situation and how we may be able to help you.
Information for students at Private Training Establishments in Christchurch
All students should contact their education provider in the first instance. If you cannot get in contact with your provider, or if want to discuss your enrolment status, phone the New Zealand Qualifications Authority on 0800 697 296, or call Public Trust on 0800 494 733
